That all depends on where you want to go. How far are you willing to travel? How much are you willing to spend? What kind of place do you want to visit? (Big city, mountains, seashore, historical place, cultural travel, etc.)

I think the Bahamas is great for kids, very calm beaches, Disney World is also not too far away... What's your budget like?

I'd do the Bahamas over Disney. I used to live in FL and we had season passes to Disney, and let me tell you, there is nothing, nothing, worse than Disney in the summer. It's hot, it's crowded, and it's miserable.

It all depends on what your budget is and what your family likes. If you want something more south, and you like the beach, I'd suggest the Dominican Republic or the Bahamas.

I'm with Matt. I've been to both the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic and both offer what you're looking for. Bahamas will be a bit more expensive, but both are beautiful, though Dominican Republic is of course more beautiful (it's where I'm from though, so I may be a bit biased!!) dance.gif
