To me, personally, it's still a bit cold (the water, not the weather... the external temperature should be fine). Anyway, maybe you are used to different temperature, usually the tourists coming from "north" or "eastern" europe, they don't care very much about the water temperature... I live 350 km south from jesolo, but i'm on the adriatic sea, as for jesolo.
