HI
Can anybody help me. I am planning to visit the Chinque Terre. Please help me with the following questions:
Is it better to stay in one of the small villages or outside like La Zpeza?
How long do you think one must stay, 2 days 3 days?
Thank you
Anel

Hi Anel, not sure if you have been yet but we have just returned from Italy and visited the Cinque Terre and it was well worth it. We were a family with 2 girls aged 9 and 11 and we all walked all the tracks with ease although the track from Manarola to Corniglia was closed and we took an alternate longer and higher track but it was the highlight of all the tracks.

We stayed just north at Residence Kriss at Deiva Marina and trained down each day (about 25 min).

If you are a couple, I'd stay in one of the smaller villages such as Manarola or Vernazza, but if a group Residence Kriss is self catering and very good.

We used 3 days to walk all tracks and explore the villages and to do it well, I'd suggest the same.

All the best, Greg
