Usually there are a lot of buses going to Pasay City from the Batangas City terminal which is near Jolibee and the church.
From the terminal in Pasay, once you have arrived, you can take a taxi cab going to Maybunga. Just make sure they are using the taxi meter before you let them take drive off.
But I've googled Maybunga and it says that it is in Pasig City not Pasay City.
If it is in Pasig City. You can take the MRT from the Pasay City terminal then you can go off at Shaw Boulevard. From there you'll see Shangri La Plaza and you can take a cab from there. Do print a map from Google Earth so you'd be guided.
