Sat-Rome

Mon- Pompeii to Venice
Tue - Venice
Wed- Venice to Florence
Thurs Florence
Fri Florence- Tuscany
Sat- Tuscany
Sun-Tuscany
Mon- Tuscany-Rome
Tues fly-out
Traveling major cities by train.

This is doable I would make a few suggestions. First I wouldn't take the train to Pompeii for the day it is much easier to take a guided bus tour of Pompeii from Rome, that way you will save time and won't have to drag your luggage to Pompeii and into another hotel. Also unless you already have all your hotels and everything already set I wouldn't go the way you are going. So many people get stuck with the idea of thinking they have to leave from the same airport they came in from and you don't. You can save a lot of time by taking the train from Rome to Florence and Tuscany then up to Venice and fly out from the Venice airport. Doing this will save you at least half a day going from Venice back to Rome and into yet another hotel.
