hello
i am moving From England to Port Douglas some time in May to be with some friends i met in Honduras
i was wandering (because i only have enough money for a flight and a few Pounds left over for buses and food for maybe a week) if it is possible to camp anywhere in or around Port Douglas for free just until i find myself a job the beach and the nearby jungle are obvious places but am not sure if this is legal or not

Any Info will be much Appreciated

p.s on another note i am in Bolivia at the moment and really recomend it to any and every traveler

Welcome to the forums, and thanks for recommending Bolivia.

Well, I don't know much about camping there. BUT this place is $28 a night

Another thing you could do is Couchsurf (stay at people's houses for free, if you are REALLY on a budget)
