Tibet Closed to Tourists Again!, No tourists in March

According to the Tibet Tourism Bureau Tibet will be closed beginning in March, but they are not yet saying when it will be reopened. Head across the Sichuan plateaux through Litang and some other places I can't remember to Zhongdian. It's basically part of old Tibet and probably still open for tourists.
