Rota Spain - Rota travel question

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 1-February 11 Member No.: 1686221 Nominate me as a Local Expert	overall, from 1 to 10 and 10 being tops, how would you rate Rota Spain for international travel in Europe. I was in Rota back in 1965 on a med cruise when I was in the US Navy. I remembered Rota being dirty and flop houses everywhere. Is this still the case? Please 1 to 10. Thanks.
