[font=Comic Sans Ms][color=#6600CC]That is a loaded question for Jerusalem. So much changes here all the time so much so that even though you will feel you know the city and will recognize so many things - so much has changed.
a short list:

The Israel Museum was renovated and expanded (a 3 year project) and reopened last summer.
The City of David always has something new - sometimes at the rate of every week.
The Sifting Project at Emek Tzurim - where you can get "hands on" archaeology sifting dirt and debris that was illegally removed from the Temple Mount - you are sure to find ancient mosaics and more.
The Bible Lands Museum - many people miss it the first time around
Yad VaShem - did you see the new museum? if not it's a must see
The Western Wall Tunnels - lots more has been discovered and opened up
Machaneh Yehuda - the open air market.

That is just the tip of the iceberg - you could spend a month in Jerusalem and still have so much to see and do.
