what are the hotels like in regards of rooms appartments,cost of dining and drinks from the bar? what is the exchane rate? (about)Dong/Dollar?

Currently 19600 dong to the USD! Hoi'an is pretty cheap we had 4 people to a room and there was a swimming pool down stairs and was 4 star standard and that cost bout 3 dollars each a night! Food is quite cheap lots to choose from if you want western food or Vietnamese! Drinks are also pretty cheap if u drink beer always cheap some sprits can be a bit more expensive!
