When I first came to South Africa for the first time, my number one animal was the cheetah. My second trip it was honey badger (even though I was still yet to see a cheetah!).

Now I'm lucky enough to live with these animals everyday (even if I still don't get to see honey badgers all that often.) My top of the "yet to see list" is pangolin now.

What do you want to see animal-wise?

It's one of the most peaceful things to do. We'll bring lunch and sit on a high point watching them during the day. It's the most fabulous sound they make!
