I am thinking of taking a trip to Sweden and I have been told wonderful things about your country, but also i read and hear bad things are hapening as the worlds capital of rapes and violence to Christians/whites etc by radical minorities there.
Being an Italian and travelling with my Girfriend, I was told to avoid Malmo all together as it is a bad place unsafe to walk and if one is not Christian one could be beaten up.
I worry and asI have my girfriend with me would not want her to be harmed.
Can anyone tell me the truth as i know Swedish news reports are state onwed and do not write the truth, so Having been informed by many who have gone there there are diferent oppinions most telling me to totally avoind Malmo the most:

Thank you.

I can understand why you'd think Malmö is unsafe. I live in Stockholm and we do hear a lot of bad things about it. But to say it's the capital of rape and violence is totaly over the top. All Swedish countries are pretty safe overall. You don't have to be scared of going there. I've been there lots of times and I've never seen anything disturbing. The people of Malmö is actually more friendly than the ones on my city.
