I am not sure if this is the right place to post my inquire, but still i will try to get some help.
I am interested in opening an offshore bank account in Dominican Republic. But I feel insecure to just search on teh internet and to apply to any bank, wich I have no clue about. So I thought may be people who live there permanently could help me with chosing a reliable stable bank, not some fraud or so. I want just to open a personal account, nothing fancy or extraordinary. And I just need a stable bank who treats their clients reasonable.
