QUOTE(raniroo @ Dec 17 2008, 12:03 AM) I usually get a cold or bronchitis (usually starting from the plane and aircon on it), so spend most of the time coughing...usually don't have many tummy related incidents, although I did get very ill in Cambodia (after 4 weeks of eating street foods), but I think it may have been water, and I had to visit the bathroom after everymeal for about 6 weeks.....ironically I didn't lose weight (what the?)
Research has found that the recirculated air, on the planes, carry a lot of bacteria, chemicals, & particles that can make people ill. Talk to your doctor & ask what you can do about this. I'm thinking of some kind of mask that would filter out all these things as you breathe.
