The Best of a London Christmas
from WorldWeb.com Travel Guide

A visit to London, England during the holiday season may feel like the pages of a Charles Dickens' book come to life, but don't expect to see Tiny Tim wandering the streets. London is a city full of old and cherished holiday traditions, but it is also home to many new and exciting practices. Quirky pantomimes, Christmas pudding races and carolers singing near a gigantic Norwegian tree are just a few of the activities that draw families to the United Kingdom's capital at Christmastime. Whether a resident of the city or a visitor, the following is a taste of the best festivities to include in a London family holiday wish list:

Yeah, we are in London at least once a week at the moment - and every year we go and see the lights in Oxford Street and Regents Street. We're going for a hot drink and mince pie thing on Tower Bridge next weekend - should be nice.
