There are a few issues I'd like to bring up:

I assume that on day one you arrive in Beijing. That will mean in reality, you will only really have day 2 to visit it. One day in Beijing is pretty short. Depending on what you want to see, you'll only get to see one or two sites.

On the third morning you can fly to Guilin, but not directly to Yangshuo. From Guilin, you can then travel to yangshuo, which will not give you much time in Yangshuo on that day. If you want to take the Li River Cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo, which I'd highly recommend, you'd have to do that on the 4th day because it leaves early in the morning.

On the morning of the 5th, you'd have to travel from Yangshuo, to Guilin, and then to Longsheng which would take a large part of the day. If you left China for Hanoi on the 7th, you would not have much time in Hanoi.

What I would suggest you do is:
Day 1,2,3 Beijing on the evening of the third day fly to Guilin and spend the night in Guilin
Day 4 Take the Li River Cruise to Yangshuo and spend the night in Yangshuo.
Day 5,6 Get up early and go to Guilin and then travel to Longsheng. In the afternoon of Day 6 head back to Guilin for your flight to Hanoi.

This would give you more time in Beijing, and also let you take the Li River Cruise, which is amazing! Also, Yangshuo is best seen in the evening and night. It's then that it really hops.

Are you going to travel by yourself? Getting to Longsheng can be a bit tricky if you don't speak Chinese.
