hola mis amigos

my fiance and i are hoping to spend our first christmas and new year on the pacific coast...we would like to do a bit of surfing, and diving and have read that playa el tunco, el zonte and los cobanos is meant to be good.

does anyone know any more about these places? where can we find information about where to stay---perhaps a little more luxury than a hostel as its xmas...and any other info would be much appreciated...

Here are a couple of blogs from the El Salvador coast that may be useful. The nice thing about Travelpoders is that if you need greater details, they are usually only too happy to oblige.
