I'm trying to find the hotel Hotel el-Medina (78-204-183, 18 rue Farhat Hached) on the map. I saw information of it both in books and online, however, I couldn't search it out the address in any way, I tried searching for other hotels, it's the same thing, is "18 rue Farhat Hached" the complete address? Does it have a city?

also, Le Kef is a region's name? If I want to find hotel options in Le kef, what city's name I should put in the search engine? It just seems extremely difficult to find anything with "Le Kef"
