It is run by the Libya Red Crescent to help fund their projects. Their website is in Arabic so I don't know how useful it is to you. Hope that helps! Cheers, Laura If you are asking if there is internet in Benghazi - there is a large hotel on the front - Hotel Tisbethy (or similar name) - has a business centre and internet. If in doubt always aim for the poshest hotel and their conference centres. Rowan
