Newbie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 17-July 10 Member No.: 1157781 Nominate me as a Local Expert	We're spending a night in the white desert in a tent. I'm afraid of the bugs. Any advice? If you 've done this - did you see any?

Expeditionist Group: Local Expert Posts: 222 Joined: 7-January 10 Member No.: 638491	I spent a night in the Sahara in Morocco near Algeria. I didn't see any bugs (though a good shake out of your boots is wise!). I saw a toad near the water cooler though... that blew my mind by in an Animal Adaptations course I took the following semester I learned they live there!
