I just found this on Wallstreet Fighter...

1.) Avenue Princesse Grace – Monaco = $17,750 per square foot
2.) Severn Road – Hong Kong = $11,200 per square foot
3.) 5th Avenue – New York City, USA = $7,500 per square foot
4.) Kensington Palace Gardens – London, UK = $7,196 per square foot
5.) Avenue Montaigne - Paris, France = $5,046 per square foot

Those prices are PER SQUARE FOOT!
How does it get so expensive? Why does it cost so much for space in Monaco? I went there, and it wasn't that crowded...I don't get it.

Wow, that's CRAZY! I really didn't have a good perspective on it until I multiplied the square footage of my house by those numbers. OMG! Ridiculous! What a difference in price. But as they say...Location, location, location.

Am amazed Tokyo doesn't get on there. Monaco is a weird country as it is a very small place where in general only rich people live.

Yeah, aren't taxes like, a $100,000 one time payment or something?
