OK, I just finished saying that Thailand is at the bottom of my travel goals list, but I was just offered an almost-free trip. So I have to take it.

I will be in Thailand Oct. 3-12 for a tourism industry schmoozefest.

My question is this.

Will you meet up with me in Bangkok?!

Let me know if you're free in October, either before Oct. 6 or after Oct. 12.

Here'e my itinerary if you are in the vicinity, let me know:

Bangkok: Oct. 3-8
Ubon Ratchathani, Khongjiam, Surin: Oct. 9
Surin, Prasat Phanom Rung and Mueang Tam: Oct. 10
Nakorn Ratchasima, PB Valley, Khao Yai National Park: Oct. 11
Khao Yai National Park/Bangkok: Oct. 12

OK, so here's what I'm thinking, Oct. 3 or 4, before the schmoozefest, I will meet people somewhere in Bangkok. If you've got any recommendations for a meetup spot, let me know.

Congrats! That sounds awesome!

Wish I could meet up with ya again...don't think I'll be in Thailand any time soon though.

Have fun!

Hey starlagurl,

Welcome to Thailand. Hope you have a wonderful trip.

I'm happy to meet with u and have a chat about Thailand tourism in general. I recently opened a hip boutique hostel called "HQ" located right in the middle of city center. (www.istayhq.com) My experience might somehow be helpful for your trip. Will u be interested? Please let me know
My email address is "wanlapa24@hotmail.com"

Cheers, Pook
