that depends on your travel purpose. If you wanna get a no-worry trip, make an agency to do all for you (of course you will pay more for the service). If you want to be a back pack to explore the place, just arrive Pham Ngu Lao street in Saigon. There are tons of hotels there ranging from $10 to $100. Remember to use right taxi: Vinasun or Mailinh only, for avoiding taxi scam
