Hi, my family will be in CR at the end of April. We will begin on the Caribbean side and end at the Pacific side. I don't want to overpack (9days) but am having difficulty in deciding what to pack (jeans/shorts, etc..). Also, what should the weather be like during that time?

I know that this is a late response, but i guess it will help others with the same question.
For April you'll need: besides swimsuit and sandals, a couple of shorts,(you'll be using jeans just in the airport),shirts, tank shirts, some hiking shoes with good grip, also the crocs are fine, basically clothes that are light and easy to dry, you'll probably have a few rainy days, not many anyway. Dont forget: hat, sunscreen, off, flashlight (recommend you a head flashlight)
