Sandy Cay or - Sandy Cay travel question

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 28-December 10 Member No.: 1583561 Nominate me as a Local Expert	We are thinking about going to either Sandy Cay or Little Cay Honduras with another couple...the only thing that worries me is safety. You are in a foreign country and a sitting duck on these islands, are there any issues with safety?
