I just thought I would post up a few book lists that I'm working on right now. I'm switching between science, travel and fiction. Just in case anyone is interested:

Science: http://www.listsofbests.com/list/2132

Travel: http://www.listsofbests.com/list/67735

Fiction: http://www.listsofbests.com/list/2127

Do you have book lists that you read from? What are they?

Will you really have time to read all of these books?

Whoa, what a list you got there! Hope you finish at least half of it. flowers.png

As for me, my current list includes a variety of work, interest, hobby titles. I try to keep it to a minimum so I can finish them all. I have this Business Math book I read whenever I am inside the powder room. frantics.gif Attached Image

I read "The Universe and the Teacup: The Mathematics of Truth and Beauty" which I thought was pretty good and seem like something you might be interested in based on your other science picks.

"Guns, Germs, and Steel" is a strange book. Some parts you can't put down, the others bored me to death...but nothing in the middle. That being said I learned a lot from reading it.

I read many (but not all) of the books on your "fiction" list - to be honest I found many of the "classics" did not stand the test of time. I read "The Cat in the Hat" outloud several times a week - LOL.

Guns Germs and Steel, I know what you mean about that one. EVERYONE that I talk to loves it so much and yes, I agree it is a good book, but I didn't find it so exciting as they did. Definitely it's a really easy read and you learn a lot from it, so I'm not saying that it sucks.

And yes Martin I will have time to read all these books! I read at least 1.5 hours a day when I take the bus downtown!

Oh lucky people that use public transport! I only have a 10-minute driving commute, so have little time to read. In England I had a 90-minute bus ride to school every day, so in theory I had 3 hours a day for reading, but I had to take some time off that for chatting up the birds.

I'm almost done the science, one, that's why I'm choosing a new list.

The travel one, I just started, so only one book is done from that one.

And the fiction one, I'm half done!
