How to add "Places I stayed or visited" or even just "where was this taken", Is it possible?

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 3 Joined: 26-July 12 Member No.: 3077923 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Appears that I can't add any location or places that is NOT already on the result that Travelpod (iPhone) lists out for me when I click the + button next to the entry...Because Travelpod has so little in the list I can never find the places I stayed or the location of the photo but it wouldn't let me key in free text for it either so i always have to put in other nearby places. Is there a work around for this?
