Newbie Group: Members Posts: 3 Joined: 29-July 08 Member No.: 218700 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Hello guys, I will be visiting Helsinki from 1st of August to 6th of August. I will be in a Bed and Breakfast hotel. I would like to stay in Helsinki only 1 or 2 days to visit the city. I 'd like to see parks, monuments, buildings, typical markets frequented by local people. I don't like shopping and in general very crowded and touristic places. I don't like museums too. Could you please advice on the best places to see in the city for 1 or 2 days? What are the best and less touristic places where to eat local dishes in the city? What are the typical dishes to try? My intention is to rent a car because I'd love to see some natural sites around Helsinki. I love natural wonders a lot (waterfalls, panorama, forest, lake, sea etc.). Could you please advise on the best places to see around Helsinki with one-day trips by car? What are the best and less touristic places where to eat local dishes around Helsinki? What to eat? Thanks a lot in advance.
