Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 31-August 09 Member No.: 309441 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Hi, I have lived and worked in Bermuda for 2 years and would like to post a warning to my fellow Americans contemplating a vacation here. The island is indeed beautiful and the beaches are immaculate. Other that those two assets there is absolutely nothing to recommend a vacation here. The hotels are mediocre and expensive, there is no night life, (thanks to the highest concentration of churches in the world who condemn everthting) and the restuarants are both expensive and poor. You cannot rent a car but you can, at your peril, rent a scooter. Beware of the police, they will not read your rights and they will bully you. The potential traveler is warned.
