Okay so I think this will probably have been covered on the other threads but Im really struggling to find a really good diving course in thailand. All suggestions (from experience) would be really appreciated. I'm looking for something that includes acc.

sould we book before we leave and leave it open dated or just book a few days in advance when we arrive???

thank you

Gilly

I did one at Big Blue on Koh Tao... 'twas good - no need to bother booking in advance, just rock up...

if you are looking for cheapest possible (but not lacking in quality of course) then ko tao is your place. no need to book in advance and is probably a bit more expensive if you do. many places on ko tao throw in 4 days of accomodation if you are taking a course. if you are looking for the best diving in thailand but more expensive then you need to go to the similan islands. check out www.khaolakscubaadventures.com that is where i work

ko samui is over priced and most of their diving is done on ko tao anyway so you might as well go to ko tao and pay less money
