Photo FastUploader Not Working

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 6 Joined: 17-January 10 Member No.: 671041 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Please advise what can be done to make the photo FastUploader work. Flash has been updated but loading icon sits and spins on first photo. Never finishes. Is this a server, IE9, or other problem? All advice would be gratefully received.

Would it be possible to try another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox and see if you get different results? In the meantime, we'll continue to try to reproduce this issue on our end. Thanks, Fraser

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 6 Joined: 17-January 10 Member No.: 671041 Nominate me as a Local Expert	I tried uploading using Chrome. Same result -- spinning upload icon, no uploading. Turned off virus protection (Norton 360): did not help. Will let you know outcome with Firefox.

Not one of the four browsers (IE 9 32bit, IE 9 64bit, Chrome, Firefox) has worked; turning off System Mechanic and/or Norton 360 did not work; and, flushing browser cache fails to help. I am at a loss. The time spent trying to resolve the "Fast" Uploader problem far exceeds what it would have taken to use the old uploader, five pics at a time. I was hoping that someone else in the TP community had the same kind of problem, but had found the solution.

Problem presists in all of them.
