Yes, Taiwan, how random biggrin.gif

You're Taiwan!
Despite enormous setbacks, including the fact that most people refuse to recognize who you are or even that you exist at all, you've built yourself into quite a productive person. You've got a little trouble maintaining a sense of personal order, but through the mess, you're still very industrious and have a small but pivotal impact on almost everyone you know, and even people you don't. You make a whole lot of stuff.

Quiz 1
You're Thailand!
Calmer and more staunchly independent than almost all those around you, you have a long history of rising above adversity. Recent adversity has led to questions about your sexual promiscuity and the threat of disease, but you still manage to attract a number of tourists and admirers. And despite any setbacks, you can really cook a good meal whenever it's called for. Good enough to make people cry.
Quiz 2
You're Belize!
An admirer of ancient culture, you are able to blend a variety of interests into your perspective. You like rain and the forest, and if you can combine the two, so much the better! There are those that might accuse you of hogging all the good stuff, but at least you're trying to take care of it and even help others enjoy it. Your favorite shape is the pyramid.

Animal
You're a Hyena!
You have quite a sense of humor, though many others find it derisive rather than appealing. You are perceived as being a coward, but actually have moments of great bravery and have even stood up to those much larger than yourself. You like hanging out in groups and are always making a lot of noise. Disney thinks you are an idiot.

If you really look like your passport photo, you need the holiday!

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." - Mark Twain

I was a little slow on the uptake for this one too...and had a laugh that I was not the only one!

Since when was Texas a COUNTRY??????? ranting2.gif

Quiz 1: You're Canada!
People make fun of you a lot, but they're stupid because you've got a much better life than they do. In fact, they're probably just jealous. You believe in crazy things like human rights and health care and not dying in the streets, and you end up securing these rights for yourself and others. If it weren't for your weird affection for ice hockey, you'd be the perfect person.

(which maybe explains my Texas comment above wink.gif And I do like Ice Hockey, but really I'm an Aussie Rules girl!)

Quiz 2: You're Andorra!
Live long and prosper! Or at least live long. You have always seemed destined for great things despite your tiny stature and almost invisible presence. While some think of you as practically a newborn, you're actually quite the old soul. And you've developed ways to stay popular, primarily consisting of giving things away. While you enjoy the sun, you're still a little scared of basking.

(Um...a little research is probably in order. All I know is that they speak French, and I"m not even sure I'm on the ball with that...)

Yes Aussie Rules is Australian Rules Football (AFL). It is mainly a Victorian State game but there are a few teams around the country....me I am a Sydney Swans supporter..."Cheer, Cheer the Red and the White......."

Yup - An Australian code of football - kinda plays like a cross between Basketball and Soccer, rather than a Rugby or American style football. For those in the know, it's very similar to Gaelic football.

Wouldn't you know it, I went traveling all year in 2007 and my team finally learnt how to play ball - they're on the top of the ladder at the moment! We're a happy team at Hawthorn, we're the mighty fighting hawks...

You're Canadian, I wouldn't expect you to know. People outside of Australia (with the exception of London, but that's just cos they're half Ozzie anyway) have rarely heard of it. When (notice I didn't say if?) you come to Melbourne I'll take you to a game smile.gif

I'm Vietnam!

QUOTE
You're Vietnam!
After years of muddling through on your own, you've finally repaired yourself to a point of respectability. You would have been much better off had people you didn't like not kept insisting on spending so much time with you. But those times are fading quickly and these days you're pretty sure you won't get burned. Star power!

Country quiz II

I'm Finland

QUOTE
You're Finland!
Refined, sophisticated, and yet sometimes suicidal, you are widely admired. You've spent a lot of time playing second-fiddle, but it turns out you can carry quite a tune on your own. While you were once quite brutish, you are now highly enlightened and an advocate for tranquility. Your favorite city reminds most people of a morality play. You have excellent taste in websites.

Not too far off the mark! Scary!
