I don't personally know of any organizations in Haiti, but I volunteered through Orphanage Outreach in the Dominican Republic. It is right by the border and they are probably taking in some children from Haiti. http://www.orphanage-outreach.org/ Hands on disaster response currently only has something in Indonesia, but I would keep an eye out for them starting in Haiti.
