Hello all!

I'm planning a 35-day trip to Nicaragua (and hopefully to Guatemala also) at the end of July. I was just curious about people who have already backpacked there, and have two questions for you regarding equipment:

1) What do you regret taking with you? In other words, what did you bring with you that you ended up dropping because you never used it?

2) What do you regret NOT taking with you? In other words, what would you have moved heaven and earth for to have with you on your journey?

Thanks a bunch!
