Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 20-January 11 Member No.: 1652011 Nominate me as a Local Expert	I can't stand traveling to island countries and encountering large populations of stray dogs and cats wandering around. It breaks my heart and ruins my vacation. Does anyone know if this is a problem here?
