Newbie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 17-November 08 Member No.: 259097 Nominate me as a Local Expert	I know that a charge is in place to go to Kapas as it is in marine park, but it states that the charge is for up to a 3 day stay. Can you stay longer than 3 days on the island??

I think that would probably be a silly thing for them to do...Publicize a tourist destination and then kick you out? They want your money, and as Kapas is 'resort-y' they'll want a lot of it. As always it depends what you're looking for. If you want something more authentic I'd say get up to the Perhentians just north of Kapas. But I certainly wouldn't worry about any kind of 'limit' on your stay. Enjoy.. -------------------- Woz.. However contradicting myself I am planning to get to Tioman afterwards, but I'm going to plant roota at Juara which is a lot less "touristy" Thanks for the input guys, I'm quite sure they'll be a few more posts that you'll give me some hints for!
