You remember those times when you rocked up to a hostel, met a load of people who could play guitar and had a massive sing-song with a bunch of strangers? What were the most played songs, and what were the best?

I'm gonna start by saying 'Wonderwall', simply because every guitarist in the world learns it before anything else.

Great topic, can't believe I missed it.

Unfortunately been there a thousand times. How bout the 'Wonderwall' that gets morphed into Green Day's 'Boulevard Of Broken Dreams' and then 'Writing to reach you' by Travis? Bob Marley's a great one. As is, 'Mr Jones' - The Counting Crows, a load of Paul Simon, 'Easy' - The Commodores and of course 'I wanna be like you-hu-hu' - Jungle Book. An old mate from NZ used to get everyone well fired up with his own version of 'Oh baby baby' - Britney Spears, or whatever it's called. Come to think of it, I always get a great result with 'Live it Up' - Mental as Anything.
