Research has found that the recirculated air, on the planes, carry a lot of bacteria, chemicals, & particles that can make people ill. Talk to your doctor & ask what you can do about this. I'm thinking of some kind of mask that would filter out all these things as you breathe.
Why would you want to do something about this? Why filter it out? It's good for you. A little exposure is good, build up your immunity and all that..
I am not over my cold from Morocco 10 days ago and flying again on Friday, I will see how I go this time.....it does get frustrating because then I spent the time travelling with sore throat, coughing, blocked nose and no sleep...that is no fun! I have popped vitamins, garlic, cough medicine....even tried consuming huge amounts of alcohol to kill the bug....but nothing! (it has to be the aircon on the plane!)
