Hi there!
I'm working my way to enter Poland from Budapest to Krakow and exit from Warsaw to Prague, preferably without flights.
My guidebook for eastern europe has very limited information.
Hoping this connection should be feasible, has anybody more info for time - cost?
Overnight trains work fine for me when available, or a stop at a nice place en route.
Many many thanks
Nikos

No worries, trains run pretty much everywhere in these parts, and buses aswell.

Try this website, you can search for train links across European cities... I got some results for Krakow to Budapest, not sure of the dates you are looking at.

thanks to all for the info, i'll work on these.
well, I find here and there some prices for train tickets between cities of east europe and they seem a lot more expensive to what I expected about this part of the continent!
I wonder how the locals can make it.
Thanks, I'll keep on searching - anybody with spesific info please do send more suggestions!
cheers
