Hi, Last night I published a new entry (spain - san sebastian) to my blog.
we were able to view it and also share to FB and friends, after we wrote it and Published it.
Now it seems it has converted back to a 'draft' and all our text is missing and only the photos are saved.
Really disappointed in having to write it again but want to know if there is a known problem at the moment with Trip Advisor. thanks.

There is nothing wrong with our system right now.

hello it has just happened again. I published my Germany blog post and friends even read it via the link on FB. and now the text is gone and only pictures remain and it has reverted back to a draft version!

I am using IPAD app of travel pod to upload the photos and Safari browser to write text and publish. please look into this. I'll email support now as I have lost a lot of work tonight, and it's frustrating.

I'm very sorry to hear that. We're looking to see if we can locate your missing content. In the meantime, are you using the app simultaneously with the web dashboard? Knowing this could help us isolate the problem.
