We are going to Myanmar 19th January 2011 and wondered what tips people have for changing money. I will be bringing US Dollars and Euro. Assuming ok standard backpapacker type hotels, what is reasonable budget for two people who like a few beers each night?

Is it a good idea to change some money at the airport or not?

Can you travel into Yangoon and pay an ok proce in US dollars? I am arriving about 7pm from KL.

Any other useful hints and tips? I have around 11 days in the country before travelling on to Bangkok.

Many thanks for any ideas.
