I registered via the web and found I could not upload pictures without Flash. I intend using an iPad for all updates etc. I downloaded the mobile app, but it won't let me log on. I am sorry if this is blindingly obvious to resolve, but I am not very technical.
Thanks for your time.

Hi,

I just tested your login for the mobile app and it appears to be working fine. When you sign in, do you see a message saying that the username or password are not valid?

Some suggestions:

- Be sure you are using your TravelPod user ID and not your email address to sign in

- The password is case-sensitive, so capital and lowercase letters need to be typed properly.

- If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it with the "I forgot my info" link in the app, or at
http://www.travelpod.com/dashboard (there is a forgot info" link there as well.

- There is a password reset tool within the dashboard also, if you are already logged in. That tool is located here: http://www.travelpod.com/dashboard/settings/account (choose "reset password").

Let me know if this helps you sign in to the app. If not we'll keep digging for a solution.

Best regards,

Fraser

Thank you fraserc, for taking the time to answer my question. I changed my password and eventually found it was my use of uppercase for my username that was the problem. Just used to always writing my name with an uppercase !
All good now. Thanks again.
