When to go to Punta del Este? - Punta del Este travel question

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 1-August 11 Member No.: 2159831 Nominate me as a Local Expert	I'm looking at going to Punta del Este in March 2012. I would love to be there not at the peak when it's crazy buzy in January, but also not a ghost town with everything closed. Is March a good time?
