Hi there,

I am looking for a blogging website, and so far I liked this one, but could not see a feature which I am looking for.

Two of us will be travelling together, and wanted to share a blog, taking it in turns to write the blog, but would like it to state who wrote the blog.

Is it possible to say make admin rights as such?

Thanks

Oh, I understand what you are saying. You would like to have two users have access to the same blog.

We don't have the facilities to do that at the moment but I've noticed that some people just share an account and type

"JACK: blahblahblahblah"

and

"JILL: blahblahblahblahblah"

Since most people write one entry for each day, it makes more sense this way to them.

Hi,

I want to mention that having 2 people share a blog with 2 seperate email addresses and seperate address books, is something that is on our roadmap for future updates.

One day, what you are seeking will be possible to do on our site!

For now, you can always have one entry that has 2 sections just like Starlagurl described or you can have 2 entries for each leg of your trip, one that you create and one that your partner creates.

When you want to send notifications to your friends you can even deselect your partner's contacts in the address book and only the checked ones will get your notification email and your partner does the same for him/herself!

Cheers!

Yeah I see, that would be ideal, we are going in September, so i dont know if its in your road map for before then!!

I am just playing around with it, and have found uploading photos to be a little tricky, having to title every photo, i researched the forum, and someone said to go to the advance bit at the bottom, but its not there on the uploading page at the bottom when i look, i see advance option at the editing stage, but thats once its uploaded?

Am i missing something here? please advise!

I'm new here, but I thought the photos could be uploaded without writing in a title or anything. I'll have to try that to see what happens.

Hi Stacey,

Make sure you're looking at the Drag & Drop uploader, not the basic uploader.

The Drag&Drop uploader will show your thumbnails at the top and then you add them to the bottom section. Directly under that section and above the Upload button, you'll find the Advanced Options.

Use the "Auto-fill titles with" field.

Let us know if you still can't find it.
