I was wondering if someone could help,

Me and the misses are looking to go to melbourne for a year on a working visa and was wondering what sort of money we would need?

so far we have £1600 for flights to aus and a bank account with another £1600 for return flights when we are ready to book the dreaded flight home. We also have £1000 for 1st month accomendation and a £1000 for spending money to help us get settled in. we also have £400 for our visa. But what i would like to know if there is any other charges or things i need to do and have before we go?

If you still need help just reply and i shall try and find out all the information you may need, The cost of living compared to the UK is rather expensive so make sure you have sufficient funds on call in case you can't get a job plus what time of year are you thinking of coming to oz.
