How many km should i travel from bangkok to laem chabang?

A bus from the Ekamai bus terminal (Bangkok) to Pattaya takes around 2 hours. Along the way you pass Laem Chabang. Laem Chabang is maybe 15-20 minutes before Pattaya City. The bus to Pattaya from Ekamai is only 113 baht. A taxi to Pattaya is roughly between 800 baht to 1200 baht. But, taxi drivers often do not want to do the Laem Chabang runs sometimes because they probably won't find anyone for a return to Bangkok. From Pattaya a taxi can almost always pick up a return fare.

Note: I am guessing that you are meeting a cruise ship there - if not - sorry!
I have been on some buses that stop in the Laem Chabang area while on the way to Pattaya.

I would guess that the distance is 100 Kliks from Bangkok to Laem Chabang and by taxi around an hour and a half. Often tourists coming in on ships pay too much for transportation to and from there. Taxi drivers and local transportation operators figure tourists arriving there are rich and should be fleeced! The hotel in Bangkok you are staying at may be able to provide a ride to Laem Chabang. Local travel agencies may be able to provide a ride too.

It might be cheaper to go to Pattaya by bus and from there take a private taxi back to Laem Chabang if you want to save some money. Pattaya has cheaper hotels than Bangkok and local city transportation is only 10 baht.
