Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 30-August 11 Member No.: 2229033 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Hi! I am a student trying to get from Santiago to Peru, see as much of Cusco, Lima, Macchu Picchu, and the amazon as possible on the lowest budget that ever existed. Does anyone have any suggestions? I need all the help I can get. Thanks! P.S., if you think I can see salt flats in Bolivia on the way there, that would be awesome too!

Couchsurfing, bussing but i hear hitchhiking in chili is pretty safe. iquitos i pretty expensive and pretty north of cusco but i think if you get to cusco you´ll here already a lot more... macchu picchu will probably cost you around 300 dollars :S
