I found this great site before our vacation. I loved it! I could blog and create books for myself & family. I blogged everyday and uploaded all of our pics when we returned home.

When I went to create a book it would freeze and not allow me to do anything else. Is the site experiencing any problems with creating books? I'm very upset the books can't be created. Can you please help. Thanks

Hi. I was wondering if anything was fixed regarding my problem I posted on September 6? This morning @9:26, I attempted to make a TravelPod book again. It brought me to a "Internal Server Error" and told me to notify you guys. Do you have any idea if this is going to be resolved. I would love to have a few books printed for myself and family.

Hi!
Are you still experiencing problems turning the blog into a book? Cause I just tried a couple of times with my blog and was told there was an internal server error and couldn't complete my request!!!!
I sincerely hope you can fix it......

Hi, The last post on this subject seems to have been a while ago but it seems to be getting a lot of views? Does anyone know if this has been/will be sorted soon? I really want to make a book for a gift in a couple of weeks time but I am getting the same message that was reported in Sept last year by jenjenjen09?

I do have an update:
I was able to successfully preview your Trip Book in both IE 9 (Windows 7) and Firefox (on a Mac). I suspect there is an issue previewing in Chrome, and I will follow up with SharedBook regarding that. If you were using Chrome to preview your blog, could you please let me know? It will help with debugging this problem.
I will send you a link to the preview via your account. If possible, open the link in a browser other than Chrome.

Hi I have been having the same problem...I can't create a book from my travelpod blog and have gotten no help from customer service..just an email telling me to check back in a week..is that customer service? is there any other way to create a book from travelpod besides Sharedbook? I'm frustrated and seeing that it took a year to resolve this issue for others is frightening. Susan Beil

I was just able to create a preview of your blog using the Trip Book tool. Are you experiencing a problem when previewing? There could be a problem with the browser you're using, is it possible to try another browser to confirm this?
Are you able to preview but having a problem further on in the ordering process?

After, we have made a blog with the TravelPod site, we would like to process it in book. Unfortunately, like other customers, we arrive always as the same page after creating the preview, which announce a system error (see below).
What's the problem? Could it be solved rapidly?
