I'm hoping the free visa fee will go until August.

Well look at it this way, you're not losing anything if they don't take the fee away in time, or if it expires before you go. You were going to go anyway and you would've paid it, tourism crisis or not, right?

It would be nice, yeah, to save that money, but you're not really losing anything either way.

Hi all,

For a while I have not access here since I'm very busy so now I have the news to update you all .....

Start next week to 3 months Thailand Visa Fee waive for you
to promote visiting Thailand and many hotels and air fair decrease as well.

Let 's go to Thailand

Short cut the news info from www.mcot.net
"Deputy government Spokesman Puttipong Punnakan said the economic ministerial meeting had approved the waiving of all visa fees for three months, to help tourism. "

I am a boy from the Gambia, west Africa.I have joined to this site for some months. I am really intrested about Thailand. I read that there are free Thailand visas, so i am really intresting to go there and i really need your help. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Finally came across an official posting of the information.

It was buried in the Thai pages of the Thai Consular Office Website.
