Hello,
I am a nurse.
I have seen the benefits of some natural medicine, but I am wondering if this is true or a rumor that the hunzakuts, when eating a diet full of apricots, had virtually no disease.

Is there anyone who has traveled there personally, or knows the truth to this?

Thank you!

I believe you are talking about the Hunza people who live in Pakistan, so I moved this to the Pakistan forum.

I don't know anything about them, sorry!

You might want to read some travel blogs about them, or ask the people who have traveled in this part of the world: http://www.travelpod.com/s/blogs/hunza

yeah it is a legend famous abt hunzakuts or hunza people cause they have longer lives if compared with other regions/ cities/ countries.

actually it is just a legend have nothing to do with facts. the reason of their long lives is the routine they are into. nice food with hard work.

You need to read Renee Taylor's book entitled "Hunza Health Secrets."
She actually spent some time over there.
I personally got to speak with her back in 2000 at age 80 at her California Home.
Through speaking with her, I found out that she filmed her trip while traveling and staying at the Hunzakut Village deep in the Himalaya Mountains, so I ordered that from her.

I hope that answers some of your questions.

Thank you.

It is the natural organic, food and hard work and love to help others, spreading happiness and getting back the vibration, make the Hunza people live longer.
